PMC Construction recognises and values the contribution that foster carers make to society and especially the lives of children in care. We understand that foster carers who do work in addition to fostering may need some flexibility in working arrangements to attend 3 training days and up to 5 childcare planning meetings per year. We will support this by being a Fostering Friendly Employer that offers flexible working arrangements for any member of staff who chooses to become a foster carer now or in the future. We will be a Fostering Friendly Employer that support and promotes the needs of foster carers amongst the business community.
