PROJECTS

Moira House, Eastbourne

About the Project

Moira House, on Upper Carlisle Road in Eastbourne, is a former girls’ school built in the late 1800s that had stood empty for many years. PMC has carried out a full strip-out of the existing building, followed by extensive structural alterations, to create 22 luxury two and three-bedroom apartments, each one bespoke.

Elsewhere on the site, following the demolition of the old swimming pool building, we have built two luxury four-bedroom detached homes. They are a traditional build, with stone surrounds to match the bays of the main building.

The works also include a single-storey reinforced concrete car park for residents, with EV charging points. Moira House is due for handover in early 2027.
