Adur, Shoreham-by-Sea

About the Project

On the site of the former Adur Civic Centre in Shoreham-by-Sea, PMC is delivering 159 new homes and 10 commercial units for Hyde Housing.

The homes are a mix of social rent and shared ownership apartments, arranged across two blocks with commercial space at ground level. Around them, new hard and soft landscaping creates courtyards and public space at street level.

The buildings combine buff and patterned brickwork with dark standing-seam cladding, gabled rooflines and projecting balconies, giving the development a distinctive presence on the town’s main approach.

Now in its final stages, ADUR is due for handover in Q4 2026. Follow the site diary below for regular progress updates from the ground and the air.
