We have started work on a regeneration scheme of the dock area in Shoreham-by-Sea to provide 255 residential apartments (197 affordable homes and 58 shared ownership).  Kingston Wharf will be transformed into a modern contemporary development with affordable housing, riverside walk, cycling infrastructure and parking
