Project Details

PMC have delivered 104 affordable homes on the site of the former Westerman Industrial Works complex at School Road, Hove. The development of this 1950’s site has created a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments alongside three and five bedroom houses.

Benefitting from a Homes England grant, 60 homes will be made affordable to rent, with the remaining 44 dwellings to be made shared-ownership. Incorporated within this development is rentable office space for small and medium sized businesses.
